The Palms at Fleet Landing:
Construction on Phase One broke ground October 3, 2006 on the largest expansion in Fleet Landings history. The Palms Community is a neighborhood of homes and apartments on 13 acres of property adjacent to the existing Fleet Landing Community. Fleet Landing Community members pay a one time entrance fee, entitling them to a lifetime use of their residence plus unlimited access to the community’s common areas and an array of amenities and services. In addition to the Villa and Estate Homes that are currently being built, the Palms will have a beautiful multi-purpose Community Center which will include a large auditorium, technology lab, wood working shop, artist studio and state of the art fitness center which will include an indoor lap pool. Project is scheduled for completion Spring 2008.

The new Community Center is in for permitting with an expected completion in late 2008.

Miller’s Ale House:
Construction on Miller’s Estero Ale House was completed March 23, 2007, with it’s Grand Opening celebration on April 1, 2007. Estero sales numbers have exceed everyone’s expectations.

With Estero’s successful opening, RPC has begun construction on Miller’s Pensacola Ale House with an expected opening in November, 2007.

This successful casual dining chain attracts customers from all walks of life by offering food and drinks at a great value. Since 1994, RPC has successfully constructed more than 32 Miller’s Ale House restaurants with at least 10 projects planned in the next year.

Future Projects include: Lombard, Ill. with expected completion date of January, 2008 and Naples, FL. with expected completion date of February, 2008.

Village Tavern:
A new restaurant concept has arrived in Florida with the construction of Village Tavern at the Mall at Millenia. RPC broke ground on June 4, 2007, with an expected opening of November, 2007.

Village Tavern was created on a foundation of the traditional Old World Tavern. Village Tavern strives to be a traditional gathering place; the heart of the local community. It brings to Florida an award winning wine list and spectacular menu filled with something special for everyone. Village Tavern plans to open an additional 7 new restaurants in Florida over the next 2 years including locations in: Pembroke Pines, Boynton Beach, Jacksonville, Estero (GCTC), Port Orange, Maitland and Oviedo. Nationally, there are plans to open locations in Phoenix, AZ and Raleigh, NC.
